This place is not as attractive as many cities and villages in Spain, it has been redeveloped by a Mayor without much thought to preserving the character of the place. Next was Sevilla in the wonderful sun of Andalucia and then the journey took us to Caceres in Extramadura. The event in Lievin and the surrounding area to remember and pay respects to the Canadian soldiers who fought and died in the First World War is finished now. This was the 95th anniversary of the battle for Vimy Ridge and it was a very moving ceremony.</p> <p>Now the bus is on a journey to Castellon in Spain followed by a tour around that country promoting language courses.
